On Thursday, 12th, June, 2008, the course in formal writing by Ph.D. Mahmoud Nsoor, which was organized by SCHS with the cooperation of Sharjah Police Department, concluded. The course was very useful for all the employees of the different departments and sections of SCHS. The course covered the issues that concern Secretary Work such as database, files encryption, and indexing skills. In addition, the employees learned how to save files in archives etc. The course witnessed a great deal of positive interaction and response from all the employees since its beginning until its end. For instance, employees showed great reflexes and asked many questions in order to acquire as much knowledge as possible. This resulted in making the course a great success.
Ph.D. Mahmoud Nsoor pointed out the great experience of SCHS employees and their capability of doing the right thing. This indicates the great efforts done by this institution in order to constantly developed its workers and not just satisfy with static level. This has a positive direct reflection on work because of the strong relationship between Secretary and administrative work.
On the behalf of SCHS workers, Mrs. Marym Ra'ssi, the Secretary of SCHS general director, showed the feelings of joy and happiness for taking this course because of its great significance for her work.
She said: "Certainly, our employees gained more experience in Secretary Work, which they can use to improve their own work, which leads to the success of the whole organization they work for".

Mrs. Ekhilas Qa'farani, SCHS front desk, pointed out the significance of this course in teaching her some important skills of secretary work such as database, files encryption, indexing and how to save files in archives etc.
Mrs. Eiman Mustafa, Secretary in Khorfakhan branch, also pointed out the significance of this course in teaching her some important skills of secretary work such as writing memos, using proper language to do so, and locating the right places for the names and signatures in order to make correct delivery, which will improve the quality of their work more.
Mrs. Kaouther Sabri, head of United Arab Emirates Special Arts Group, considered attending such courses of a great use not only for secretaries but also for their superiors who wish to evaluate the quality of their work. Furthermore, in urgent cases, writing memos in proper language leads to a successful accomplishment of work.
