The campaign is organized by Sharjah Museum, Sharjah Aquarium, Sharjah Municipality, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Sharjah Islamic Bank (Masafi) branch, Sharjah Co-operative Society, Sammach, and PROJECT AWARE. In addition to the organizers, there are Bee’ah The Sharjah Environment Co., Takatof Society, boys and girls centers, the Office of Sharjah Scout, Dulsco, a number of Sharjah's private schools, a number of volunteers and activists.
Sharjah Center for Autism workers, who represented SCHS in the campaign, were Hisham Katami, an administrator, and a number of teachers such as Wafa Kojak, Rassa Okasha, Ebeer Abdullah, Mohammed Salah, Mohammed Baker, Eman Kattab, Mustafh Dowany, Essah Abu Ruman, the autistic young man Mohammed Nidal, and the driver Ajeer Brantah.
Sharjah Center for Autism participated in this campaign for several reasons. The first is to activate the role of Sharjah Environmental Association. The second is to support the efforts of organizers. The third is to maintain a clean coastal environment and to protect the marine life for the best interest of anglers. Officials have noticed a number of violations such as throwing plastic bags on the shore, which will definitely harm the marina life.
After finishing preparations for the campaign such as registration, giving hats, T- shirts, and plastic bags, participants received full explanation about the tasks they should carry on. Participants were divided into three groups. Each group has a special wing to show the extent of accomplishment they have reached by painting. A special wing was dedicated to collected waste.
Organizers expressed the feelings of appreciation and gratitude for all participants. The head of Bee’ah The Sharjah Environment Co handed special gifts for participants. The Office of Sharjah Scout received an award for finding the weirdest object. They have found a boat wreck full of waste. Four young volunteers received a gift for the best expressing painting.
Sponsors were honored as well. The participants receive a special prize after a lot on the numbers of participants. Acknowledgments were given to participants.
