bullet An Honoring Ceremony for School's Workers & Engineer Salah Abed Hamid

On Tuesday, 29th, May, 2008, SCHS Al Amal Kindergarten & School for the Deaf organized a ceremony in Sharjah Cultural Palace to honor its workers after finishing the academic year 2007-2008. The engineer Salah Abed Hamid, head of Leaders for Aluminum & Glass Ltd, was also honored for his contribution, which made the ceremony a great success indeed.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Elias El Tabah, articulation therapist, gave a speech in which he deeply thanked on behalf of his colleagues Her Highness Shaikha Jameela Bint Mohammed Al Qasimmi, vice president of Sharjah Family Supreme Council, general director of SCHS, for planting moral principles and values in the minds of youths for the best interest of people with special needs. He also thanked Mrs. Afaf Haridi, head of the school, for setting up an example of hardworking committed principle for all the workers.

In addition, Mr. Elias highly appreciated the efforts of the engineer Salah Abed Hamid, head of Leaders for Aluminum & Glass Ltd, in sponsoring this ceremony in which workers and employees were honored for doing their best in order to rehabilitate and educate people with special needs, who will become tomorrow's men.

Then, the engineer Salah Abed Hamid was honored by Mrs. Afaf Haridi. Furthermore, Mrs. Afaf Haridi was pleasantly surprised by being honored by her employees. In return, she honored all the workers and teachers of the school, who did their best to help deaf students become independent.

Mrs. Afaf Haridi also honored (my time & health) story creators. It is worth mentioning that the tickets revenues are going to be dedicated to charitable campaign (hello little ones). The story creators are Mohammed Abu Zahra, in graphics, Rawaih Abu Quiq, in interpretation, and Khnsah Muhu, the writer of the story.

Moreover, she honored Mr. Sami Abed Fatah, who won a prize for the research entitled "various techniques in teaching the deaf". She said: "our cooperation is the secret behind our success".

Finally, Mrs. Afaf Haridi deeply thanked the engineer Salah Abed Hamid, head of Leaders for Aluminum & Glass Ltd, for his unlimited support to SCHS and the rest of the workers and employees of the school for their dedication in work. She also congratulated the students Lamia Uthman, Rania Omar, Ahmed Abed Sameeh, and Asshad Hafith for passing Tawjehe exams scientific stream with good marks.
