bullet SCHS gives a full health insurance to its entire Staff

As part of Her Highness Shaikha Jameela Bint Mohammed Al Qasimmi, vice president of Sharjah Family Supreme Council general director of SCHS decent and generous initiative, the city signed the full health insurance agreement with ABNIC to insure their entire staffs. The insurance includes fulltime employees, part time employees, and volunteers. More than 500 staffs working in the different sections and departments of SCHS were included in this agreement.

Mr. Ezzat Abed Razaq, head of SCHS's human resources development department, highly appreciated this blessed initiative by Her Highness, which aims at stabilizing staffs psyche by receiving free treatment. This will increase their productivity and dedication to work. Mr. Ezzat Abed Razaq is convinced that this initiative has many positive effects on employees. It is a unique step in motivating staff to do their best in order to improve the level of services provided for people with special needs.

Mrs. Khadeja Bamakhramah, personal assistant of SCHS general director, assured that the benefits of this agreement are very significant. Its reflections will appear in a short time on workers performance and dedication to work because they have noticed Her Highness Shaikha Jameela Bint Mohammed Al Qasimmi's concern about their well being. She added that health insurance will remove the psychological obstacles facing staff in the time of crisis or accidents. Now, they don't have to worry about treatment expenses anymore.

Mr. Emjad Tawhia, head of SCHS's Vocational Rehabilitation & Training Department, pointed out that health insurance motivates employees to work in convenience because they feel that they are standing on a strong foundation. He added: "our workers are exposed to a lot of danger in the line of duty. Therefore, they must have health insurance in case of injury, which will relief them from the burden of paying a lot of money for treatment".

Mrs. Marym Raissy, SCHS general director Secretary, Deeply thanked Her Highness for this decent and generous initiative, which directly helps workers to do their job effectively and efficiently.

Mrs. Afaf Haridi, head of Al Amal Kindergarten & School for the Deaf, highly appreciated this agreement, which aims at ensuring workers' intellectual and psychological comfort. It also increases their productivity, which will result in a better quality of work. The signing of this agreement at this time is very important due to the world economic crisis that the workers worldwide are witnessing nowadays.

Many workers showed the feelings of gratitude to Her Highness for launching this initiative in order to support the principle of teamwork, which will result in providing better services for people with special needs.
